Live the Bible

My name is Lisa Granger.  I live in the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean.  I have three wonderful children, 1 full grown and the other two are 6 and 2 years respectively.

I have a full time job as an Administrative Assistant.  This plus the job of being a wife and mother keeps me very busy.I can't let this stop me though from fulfilling what I believe is my purpose in life - helping people. 

I am a firm believer in God and Jesus Christ, but I'm not religious.  I'm simply spiritual.  I love reading the bible.  The bible is God's instruction manual for mankind.  Some people are intimidated by the bible.   I don't believe in forcing someone to do something they don't want, but if you could just get them to understand what the bible is about, maybe that would encourage them to read and apply what they learn to their lives.  You see, the bible is the only book that can help people live a full, happy and abundant life.

This is my testimony.

I started on the internet writing on hubpages and now I have my own Personal Development website.  I have a blog on how to achieve happiness and another called Simply Spiritual. 

This site is really to help people to understand and live the bible.  I'm doing this because I believe it is my calling, what God wants me to do.  I'm no priest or theologian, but what I write here is simply from what I've experienced in my own life and what God has made me to understand for now.  Of course you can always contact me if you feel I've made any errors or simply to let me know what your comments are.  Some time in the future I will allow others to log into the site and add their own content.
